Utility piping includes complete systems to distribute compressed air, steam, potable and recirculating water and natural gas. We can also offer specialized chemical and other process piping systems, and piping for pneumatic conveying.
For projects which require in-depth expertise for process development, Galletta Engineering Corporation offers a group of professionals with extensive experience in Process Engineering. With specialties in such areas as treatment of mill effluent, cooling water systems, air pollution controls, acid handling and other process systems for the steel, aluminum, and chemical industries, we can provide up-front process design to meet your needs.
To add to Galletta Engineering Corporation’s total engineering capabilities, our Fluid Systems Group brings a wide variety of piping expertise to any project. On-machine piping consists of hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication piping to be installed in the shop after machine assembly, while interconnecting piping picks up where on-machine piping terminates connecting the equipment to its fluid power and control systems. Hydraulic and pneumatic systems can be done according to our client’s schematics, or we can provide the design ourselves according to our client’s functional requirements.
Our design is completed by providing computerized pipe stress analysis where required, to ANSI B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, BSI BS-806 and BS EN 13480 standards, and ASME Section III, Class 2 or 3 standards.
