Chester is a graduate of the University of Toronto, Canada with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering. As Manager of Civil Engineering at Galletta Engineering, Chester is also responsible for analytical finite element modeling complementing our conventional industry-standard analysis methods for the company's clients. Prior to joining Galletta Engineering Corporation Chester was employed by Stone & Webster and Bechtel corporations in the nuclear power industry for various power plants under construction around the country. He performed a variety of functions from conceptual design through hot functional testing requiring his specific nuclear expertise and certifications. |
